How do I add my pages?
Open your project and choose “Upload” (or “Add your pages” for a brand-new project). You can add phone photos, scans or PDFs — hundreds at once. They’re put in order by file name.
My pages are all in one big PDF. Is that okay?
Yes. Add the PDF and we split it into separate pages for you. Keep the window open and on screen until the upload finishes. If it gets interrupted, add the same PDF again and we’ll pick up the pages that are missing.
Can I close the window while it transcribes?
Yes. Once your pages are uploaded and transcribing has started, you can close the window. It keeps going, and you can come back any time to see how far along it is.
How do I fix a word the AI got wrong?
Open the page and you’ll see your original next to the typed text. Words we weren’t sure about are flagged and shown on your page, so you know exactly where to look. Click the typed text to make changes, then choose “Save changes”.
How do I get my finished document?
On your project page, choose “Download Word document”. You’ll get your pages in order, ready to print or share.
